Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• 1+ years of direct Compensation experience; other experience in data analysis, consulting, finance, HR, research are a plus, but not required
• Bachelor's degree
• Workday Compensation experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, modeling) , PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to analyze data proficient in MS Excel
