VCA takes pride in expanding the growth and skill set of new veterinarians. We welcome newly graduated veterinarians (and current veterinary students) to apply to this position where they will receive individualized support with our 6-month mentorship program and a collaborative hospital team environment.
Our AAHA-certified hospital was recently renovated, allowing a great space for staff. We have individual doctor stations, EMR and new state–of–the–art equipment including ultrasound and cold/therapeutic laser. We also have dedicated surgical and dental suites!
We have a family team atmosphere at VCA Ark Animal Hospital. We believe in work life balance; offering flexible schedules and we are closed on Sunday. Teamwork is a priority in our hospital. We have enthusiastic and highly trained technical staff, and a two-to-one tech to doctor ratio on shifts including two CVTs.
