Job Description
The Associate Creative Director (ACD) will lead the creative work produced on two or more accounts. This leadership role will assign and manage teams, inspiring them to deliver consistently exceptional concepts and final deliverables. They will work closely with account management to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the quality of our creative work, the value of our services, and our responsiveness to their needs.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Help develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration
Work cross-functionally, often with the IAT(Internal Agency Teams) and Internal Team members to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns
Take on appropriate projects and own them, becoming the creative voice for your account
Manage and work independently under tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects
Lead concept presentations
Share responsibility with IAT for Client strategy and execution
Assign & manage creative teams best suited for each project based on ability and workload, ensuring balance and billability
Work closely with art, editorial, and traffic departments to ensure that deadlines and budgets are met
Lead the creative teams in the development of concepts and execution of all projects
Understands content interaction across all verticals
Demonstrate to clients that you understand their products and marketing challenges and are responsive to the strategic and creative needs
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Experience in Retail, Grocery is a Must
Strong background in Print and Digital Production
Previous experience with LAGO is a plus
BA degree in Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Success in leading and managing team members
Has a can-do attitude, willingness and ability to get into the weeds to support Client visions and production needs
A proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, the ability to work collaboratively with account management, excellent presentation skills, successful experience in managing creative teams and multiple accounts, and the commitment to go the extra mile in time and effort to produce the very best work
Absolutely must love the speed of culture and social, a master at pop culture trends, understand the wit of the internet, and be fearless
