Actalent Affiliated Program Coordinator in Chicago, Illinois

Description:

Regulatory Program Coordinator position. Here are a few bullet points describing the role:

• Investigator Initiated Trial Participating Site Management

o Manages site initiation, maintenance, and termination activities for CTO-managed participating sites.

o Managing, overseeing, coordinating, and communicating with participating site investigators and staff

o Investigator site file and trial master file management.

o Collaborates with quality assurance team to ensure participating sites are compliant and the protocols are being conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines.

o Assisting with preparation of internal audits

 Including review/audit of site ISF and study TMF

o CDA and sub-award submission and management

• Assisting with tracking and reporting of studies open at other Lurie Cancer Center institutions (Lurie Children’s, Jesse Brown VA, Shirley Ryan Ability Lab)

MUST HAVE

-A bachelor's degree in a social or health science + 2 years’ experience; or 4 years practical research study or related experience; or a master's degree in a social or health science + 1 year experience is required.

-Cardio, neurology, or oncology-- NOT survey studies. Needs to be somewhat high intensity if not one of those three.
