*Summary:*
The Day Technician role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and comprehensive maintenance services to clients. The successful candidate will have a 7-star mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks, resolve issues, and provide a concierge approach to guests. The role involves maintaining building maintenance activities, responding to asset performance, completing assigned tasks, and addressing abnormal operating conditions and housekeeping issues. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring CMMS and BMS systems, performing regular planned preventive maintenance tasks, and creating accurate and timely service/incident reports.
