Job Title : Staff Accountant (Temp to hire)
Pay :$23/hr
Job Summary:
Adecco is assisting a local client in their search for a Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant will prepare and maintain financial records to track assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs general accounting and other related duties.
Prepares daily and monthly journal entries.
Reconciles balance sheet accounts.
Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.
Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of general financial accounting.
Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
Ability to correctly prepare tax reports.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software.
Education and Experience:
BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Commensurate level of education and experience will be considered.
2 years experience in public and/or corporate accounting.
2 years experience with spreadsheets, data entry, and proprietary software.
Experience with Konami and Synkros preferred.
Valid driver's license required.

This position is offered through Adecco, assisting a local client in their search for a Staff Accountant . This is a temp-to-hire position, offering an opportunity for long-term employment with our client based on performance and fit within the organization.
Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
