Job Description
PLEASE NOTE: Role requires the candidate to be a US Citizen, have the ability to gain Federal Security Clearance and be willing to travel 100% of the time.
This Lead Engagement Executive role will be accountable for delivering successful deployment projects across multiple facilities in parallel. We are seeking an experienced program or project management professional with 10+ years of experience and a consistent track record success in program delivery in the health care industry.
As a Lead Engagement Executive, you will:
Cultivate external client relationships to achieve business objectives
Lead a team of project managers
Maintain and hold team members accountable for professional delivery of their assigned work including project managers
Identify & manage project risks, drive mitigation/resolution strategy and escalate as appropriate
Provide, and hold others accountable for, high quality status reporting and be able to present to high level executives and government officials in a professional manner
Influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish and execute project objectives
Have accountability for management of project plans based on contractual commitments
Have accountability for project resources, financials (including profitability & resource hours), schedules, quality, and scope according to project plan and contractual commitments
Have accountability for client event planning and coordination, event agenda localization, travel coordination, team communication, overall methodology compliance
Manage project milestones and review regularly with both the internal project and external client teams
Quickly develop proficiency in the tools required to perform their job: Portfolio Project Management (PPM), Microsoft Excel, VersionOne, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint, other project tools implemented by Oracle.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 10 years of related work experience including Health Care Information Technology (HCIT) implementation, project management, and program management.
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Strong Internal and External Relationship Building Skills
Team Member Guiding / Coaching / Mentoring at All Levels including project managers
Proven ability at Leading Complex Teams and Escalations
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, related projects concurrently under a program portfolio
Able to autonomously communicate with Executive/C-Suite executives and maintain these relationships over time
Ability to facilitate/navigate complex discussions and craft workable resolutions
Facilitation, Organization, Coordination and Problem-Solving Abilities
A Concise and Effective Communicator
Ability to quickly diagnose project issues and risks (including resources, software, solution, scope, financial, etc) to prevent or mitigate quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI)
Oracle Health Consulting Methodology Project Experience
Oracle Project / Financial Management, including Sales/Contract Exposure
High Level Oracle Health Product and Workflow Knowledge
Expectations:
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to an already virtually approved location
Must be willing to travel up to 100% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
