Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests following standard recipes
  • Monitor costs through accurate pours
  • Check identification and serve drinks responsibly
  • Anticipate your guest's needs and be alert of guest signals (raising a hand, making eye contact, etc.)
  • Acknowledge guests to let them know you will be right with them
  • Efficiently and accurately operate a cash register
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu along with ingredients of dishes
  • Meet or exceed client service time standards and expectations
  • Set up, serve, and clean up serving areas in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • One or more years of restaurant serving/bartending experience preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Positive attitude, customer-oriented, organized, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
