Randstad in partnership with the largest Crop Science company in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a skilled researcher to join the High Throughput Protein Production Team. Candidates should have a strong background in recombinant protein production or similar experience. Experience with laboratory automation and data entry is preferred. The team is fast-paced and timeline driven. Successful candidates are expected to have the ability to work in a team environment with strong written and oral communication skills.
salary: $25 - $32 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Expression of recombinant proteins using a variety of expression systems
Protein purification and/or sample preparation of expressed protein as required
Deliver results in a timely fashion
Maintain proper records and documentation
Manage inventory and perform lab management tasks such as placing orders with vendors
