Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our team and perform work for pipe and grade crews on various projects in Chesterfield, VA.
Responsibilities
Operate excavators and dozers efficiently.
For pipe crew operators: operate excavators to dig trenches for pipe installation.
For grade crew operators: operate loaders, excavators, and dozers to perform rough and fine grading.

Rough grade experience
Commercial construction experience

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5 or 6pm, with a weekly commitment of 40-60 hours depending on weather conditions. Projects are located around Richmond, VA, including Chesterfield, VA, and other nearby areas.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chester, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
