The Part Time Residential Sales Representative is responsible for new business acquisition in the Orange County NY Market.

This opportunity requires a dynamic sales professional with the ability to sell door-to-door to a Residential customer base. This position will report to the Upstate NY Regional Sales Manager based out of our Chester office.

Total weekly compensation for this position ranges between $500-$800 with an hourly wage and uncapped commission structure. This position will also receive a company phone and laptop.

Customer-Focused: Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners quickly.

  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

  • Communications Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Sales Experience: Door-to-Door sales experience preferred, but we will train!

  • Cover assigned territory during 4-hour flexible shifts.

Requirements

  • Ability to work outside in varying climates.

  • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.

  • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball.”

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality.

  • Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals.

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.

  • High school/GED education completed.

  • Minimum one year outside sales experience.

  • Driver’s license is required

  • Reliable transportation is required

  • Subject to background checks and fingerprinting to secure Town and Village Solicitation Permits

Physical Requirements:

  • Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.

  • Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.

  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
