ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance and Construction company that has been serving the Tri-State area for over 35 years, operating 24/7. We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to work in our Sales and Account Management Department.

The Remote Customer Service role will work in our Sales and Account Management Department to assist in day-to-day operations centered around Sales and Account management. The ideal candidate will have a fine attention to detail and comprehensive documentation skills, and well as an ability to proactively follow-up on customer feedback, issues, and resolutions. This position also requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers or potential customers, strong communication and decision-making skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Documenting Issues:Accurately record any customer-related issues and work orders in the system.
Customer Follow Up:Proactivily follow up with customers and key accounts to ensure their needs are met.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.
Evolving Duties:Be adaptable as additional duties may evolve over time.
Position Requirements
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of customer service experience
Previous experience within the facility maintenance or construction industries is a plus
A consistent employment history of at least five years with a single employer, avoiding frequent job changes.
Solid Documentation skills
Strong initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and follow-up abilities.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using computers, phones, and other systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
