We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in supporting the Lifecycle Sustainment Plan Dashboard Development project for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). The ideal candidate will provide essential analytical and administrative support to our client delivery team, assisting in the development of project deliverables and ensuring smooth project operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily functional support to the SPB client delivery team, including conducting research, organizing meetings, and managing calendars.

• Assist in the development of dashboards for the Lifecycle Sustainment Plan, following guidance from the delivery team.

• Create and maintain data dictionaries and user guides for new and existing products.

• Produce professional notes and minutes during client and delivery team meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action items.

• Complete assigned engagement tasks within project scope and budget, meeting deliverable requirements set by the delivery team.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred.

• 0-3 years of relevant administrative support experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

• Experience in reviewing calendars and sending meeting invites.

• Familiarity with Tableau or PowerApps, preferred.

• Fluency with data concepts and data analytic; preferred

• Ability to take notes and produce professional meeting minutes.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
