This is a highly impactful and visible job where you will be asked to be our main support contact for these important Music stakeholders. Primary responsibilities include owning month-end runs, developing monitoring solutions, on-boarding new validations to our service, performing deep dives via SQL queries (RDBMS/S3), automation of manual tasks and solving unique technical challenges.

The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, able to juggle/prioritize multiple tasks at once, able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure. You must be able to identify problems before they happen and implement solutions that detect and prevent outages. You must be able to make sound judgments, work to improve the customer experience, and be a team player!

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of software development, or 4+ years of technical support experience

  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

  • Experience in Unix

  • Experience scripting in modern program languages

  • Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of distributed applications/enterprise applications

  • Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system

  • Experience analyzing and troubleshooting RESTful web API calls
