Oracle HCM Cloud Functional knowledge in Core HR / Talent Modules / Reporting

Experience in Informatica Tool (ETL)

Very Good Experience in SQLs (Must)

HR Domain Knowledge (Must)

Agile Methodologies and PDO Models.

Leading the team and reporting the status to Management.

Train and Lead the Freshers in the team.

End to end Ownership for Interfaces (Requirement to Delivery)

Should Work on the Development Items and Lead the team in the Operations.

HCM Extracts and BIP reports

Responsible to get the requirements for new integrations and ensure its delivered on time as per the expectation.

Accountability for all the PDO Operations of the team.

Support the Dashboards that built and ensure continues enhancement.

Identify the needs for a New Dashboard and deliver it on time.

Any Batchelor Degree
