Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience in React JS and .Net Framework to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software applications in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology eager to learn and ready to make a significant impact on our projects and society.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using React JS and .Net Framework

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features

• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

• Help maintain code quality organization and automation

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge

• Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes

• Ensure that all development work follows best practices and standards

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success

• Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in React JS and .Net Framework

• Should have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies

• Must be proficient in writing clean maintainable and efficient code

• Should have experience with version control systems like Git

• Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Should have good communication and teamwork skills

• Nice to have experience with Agile development practices

• Nice to have familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS

• Should be eager to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills

• Must be able to work in a hybrid work model

• Should have a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership

• Nice to have experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Must be committed to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Certifications Required

• Certified React Developer Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer
