Intune MDM Administrator,3+ years’ experience.
Essential Functions
• Intune MDM Administrator,3+ years’ experience.
• In depth knowledge of MDM configuration policies & management of Android( all platform types) and iOS / iPadOS platforms.
• Previous experience of Intune Mobile App Management & App Config Policies as well as broader App deployment methodologies.
• Familiarity with certificate deployments including renewals, e.g. Trusted Certificates, APNS, DEP, VPP.
• Knowledge of use of Apple Business Manager platform and supervised iOS / iPadOS to complement and enhance Intune MDM payloads.
• Experience of Azure Conditional Access Policies and relationship to Intune devices compliance state.
• Strong communication skills with end users, business service owners and broader IT colleagues.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for any holistic Intune MDM platform issues including end device, access management, application.
• Pro-Active stance of future state of Intune platform through its in-development improvements, takes ownership to implement features to enhance EUDX.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Engineering Pref
