Role and Responsibilities
Good communication skills to articulate and handle Internal & External personnel’s across the Globe
Possess good presentation skill and ability to prepare KPI, MIS reports for management reviews
Visualize business problems and come up with problem solving recommendations & scalable solutions.
Apply analytical thinking and address unpredictive issue at right time with required levels of escalation
Ability to collaborate and work with Internal teams and External suppliers for follow up on daily basis that support hassle free supply of parts
Knowledge or agility to adapt to any of below profiles will be added advantage:
End-to-End Supply chain and liaison with suppliers, Internal Cross Functional teams (Purchasing, PD, Plant teams) on daily basis to support Production.
Airfreight Planning and execution. Domestic Transportation (Local road transportation) – Network Planning and Operations and understanding of Logistics
Daily/ weekly Job's, IT System run using SAP Transaction codes
Review & assist in Stock Transport Order (STO) and Management Approvals to inject the orders in SAP System.
Cum Corrections TX, resulting in Super-G point deductions, Alert Management (Cum Corrections / Source Change).
ASN corrections and rejection (quantity, delivery date) coordination with receiving depots and supplier helpdesk.
Load and Remove Deployment Lock on request based on merchandizer request
IT and operational support to achieve Fill Rate Optimization considering Inventory balance
Execute analyses by using 4 panel charts & Responsible to support required Service Campaigns
Coordination of parts fill rate optimization and understand faire share logic
