Total of 15 + years of relevant IT experience in Oracle stacks like Java, Microservices, APEX, Blockchain, and VBCS.

Experience in the solution architecture, Business development, and people management

Lead the team, Mentor the team and interact with customers to understand the project requirements.

Must have:

Experience in leading teams of 25+ Consultants.

Experience in designing and architecture of at least 2-3 Oracle-based implementation projects – Digital Technologies, Microservices ,Blockchain, APEX and Java/JavaScript expertise would be mandatory.

Experience in Presales, Effort Estimation, Risk analysis, Demand generation, develop relationships with many customers.

Hands-on experience in the actual project implementation

Aspiring to lead the business and bring innovation, Create solutions offerings to disrupt the current business process.

Good client interaction skills in areas including presentation of solutions,

Ability to interact and communicate with client Business / IT Teams independently

Participate and lead if required, the project meetings and Product-Walkthrough workshops with the Customer.

Excellent analytical, presentation and communications skills, proven ability to translate business requirements into technology specifications.

Quickly assesses customer needs, develops innovative plans to solve complex business requirements.

Secondary Skills:

Drive Solution Architecture for customer requirements with estimation, staffing plan, and schedule planning

Define strategy, and conduct architecture and design reviews to provide guidance and Quality assurance around best practices and frameworks

Domain / Industry experience in any vertical

Scrum/Agile engagement experience, Project Management, or TOGAF certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Ensure that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Responsible for operational metrics and overall business results for area of responsibility. Provides coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Typically manages individual contributors. Demonstrates multiple business process expertise within one product family or technology solutions architect and design expertise for one technology product and understand cross stack impacts.
