We are looking for a dynamic Talent Operational Excellence Support China Hub Lead to join our Chief Talent Office. The Talent Operational Excellence Support China Hub Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Sanofi's Talent function. Leading a small team, this role focuses on coordinating talent operations activities, providing data support, and assisting with process improvements. The Team Lead also provides dedicated support to the Talent Operational Excellence Lead COE, contributing to the success of strategic projects and initiatives across Talent Acquisition and Talent Management .

Key Responsibilities

The Candidate and Employee’s Experience will be embedded seamlessly in every operation solution design and implementation. You will collaborate closely with the Capability, Process and Technology teams in order to deliver a positive experience from candidates’ application to employees’ promotion.

  • Lead and motivate a small team of Talent Operational Excellence Coordinators (Process, Technology, Capability,..) , fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

  • Contribute to the evaluation and optimization of talent operations processes globally, identifying opportunities for streamlining and efficiency gains.

  • Support the implementation and the roll out of the new Global Talent Processes

  • Support the implementation of standardized procedures and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and consistency of talent operational excellence services.

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the COE and in market, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

  • Assist the Talent Operations team in resolving routine issues and addressing basic queries, escalating more complex matters to the relevant Lead, either in TA or TM, in Operations and Process, Operational Excellence.

  • Support the Talent Operational Excellence Lead COE in the execution of strategic projects and initiatives related to talent operations.

  • Contribute to project tasks, gather data, and provide administrative support to ensure project success.

  • Collaborate with People Analytics in the development and generation of KPI dashboards and reports on talent operations activities, providing data support to inform decision-making.

About You

  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with a will-do attitude

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identify and resolve challenges in a collaborative way

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization in a clear, concise and diplomatic manner, along with connecting with all partners in a fast growing and changing organization

  • Experience with leading and inspiring a team, with the ability to set direction and deliver impact, determining what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps, and delegating effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results

  • Multi-cultural understanding and adaptability

  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition programs and HR operations in a large or complex organizational setting

  • Affinity with IT environments, Ai and use of Talent technology: Workday, Beamery, Hirevue and business intelligence tools

  • Advanced MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel), PowerBI is an advantage

  • Experience with advanced HR analytics and talent acquisition and management metrics.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or operations.

  • Certification in Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Fluent level of written and verbal English
