Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product & program manager and carrier specialists actively participating in Amazon's international expansion goals. We are seeking some highly motivated individuals who are interested in providing best-in-class logistics service to customers.
Key job responsibilities
Handles assigned daily tasks, manage and handle exceptions in daily work. Uses knowledge and skill to meet assigned goals in timely manner.
Handle problems with minimal visible risks or roadblocks, troubleshooting problem with no existing procedure or SOP; evaluating compliance risks and escalates roadblocks.
Collaborate with service providers and origin or destination logistics teams to solve issues.
Act as the team process expert co-work with other stakeholders on process improvement/Product launch/UAT Test Managing business reporting as required, perform root cause analysis and own specific action to fix problems.
Take additional duties assigned by leadership as business related services and products continue to expand.
Complete other add-hoc tasks assigned by leaders.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Expreience3+ years working experiences of industry (Logistics/freight forwarding/ Supply Chain industry/Broker/Customs agent）
Proficient written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word) and Solid data analysis skills
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership to meet deadlines, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work as a team member
Good communication Skill and co-working with cross teams experience
Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.Manage multiple tasks and have sense of urgency to prioritize tasks
Strong mindset of customer oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Trade lane knowledge of CN-US / EU / JP / AU
Experience as Process Improvement Expert, Business Analysis and Project Management.
Foreign Language speaker, i.e Dutch/ German
6 Sigma and Lean mindset
