关键职责:

  • 通过电话、邮件等线上沟通方式,向目标地区客户销售戴尔的产品和解决方案,提供良好的客户体验

  • 建立良好的客户关系,制定销售计划,进行销售预测

  • 担负项目管理角色,整合内外部资源,跨部门沟通,管理销售活动,有效地处理和跟进订单

基本要求:

  • 良好的销售意识和沟通技巧,较强的谈判能力、项目管理能力

  • 优秀的沟通表达、逻辑思维、学习能力和客户关系维护技能

  • 大专及以上学历或同等经验,1年以上销售工作经验

Account Manager, Inside Sales

Our Inside Sales Account Manager team is the driving force behind our high-level customer interaction. Our team is responsible for selling ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers using both the telephone and email as communication methods. Our Inside Sales Account Manager team ensures every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet the customer.

Join us as a a Senior Account Manager on our Inside Sales team in Chengdu to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers through telephone and email conversations. It will be your job to ensure that every customer interaction is tailored and exceptional.

You will:

  • Work with customers/partners in complex business environments to devise new and innovative solutions to business problems

  • Manage a high number of medium accounts, or a fewer number of large accounts

  • Occasionally support outside sales lead

  • Contribute beyond self and be sought out by others

  • Utilize strategic probing to identify, evaluate and recommend alternative business solutions

Essential Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the full range of products and services and how these align to customer needs

  • Recognition of improvement opportunities with individuals and within segment

  • Effective use of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Good knowledge of computer hardware, software and peripherals

Desirable Requirements:

  • College's degree

  • No related experience in relationship selling
