Robert Half Training Coordinator in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Training and Registration Manager to oversee the seamless execution of our client's training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, maintaining, and tracking registration for quarterly training calendars, requested trainings, internal staff development, and partner trainings. Additionally, they will conduct a comprehensive review of training calendars and prepare them for distribution.

Responsibilities:

Develop Quarterly Training Calendars:

Create comprehensive quarterly training calendars based on identified requirements.

Ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals and objectives.

Registration Management:

Facilitate the registration process for all training sessions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of participant information.

Maintain an up-to-date database of training participants and their respective training histories.

Monitor registration deadlines and communicate with participants regarding registration status and requirements.

Training Calendar Maintenance:

Regularly update training calendars to reflect any changes or additions to the training schedule.

Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to confirm availability and scheduling of training sessions.

Ensure that all training materials and resources are prepared and accessible prior to the scheduled training dates.

Review and Evaluation:

Conduct periodic reviews of training calendars to assess effectiveness and relevance of scheduled training programs.

Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and adjustment.

Make recommendations for modifications to training calendars based on evaluation results and feedback.

Partner Training Coordination:

Liaise with external partners to schedule and coordinate training sessions as needed.

Ensure that partner training programs are integrated into the overall training calendar and registration process.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in training coordination, registration management, or related roles.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with registration management software is preferred.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality training programs.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
