General Summary:

As a Senior GenAI Reporting Strategist, you will be at the forefront of evaluating the impact and success of GenAI initiatives across the organization. Your expertise will guide the development of comprehensive reporting frameworks that measure the effectiveness of GenAI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, it is important to have a solid understanding of GenAI concepts and how they can be applied to reporting and analytics. This includes familiarity with the principles of genetic algorithms, neural networks, and other AI techniques used to analyze and interpret data.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 6+ years’ experience in analytics or reporting, with a focus on AI-driven projects.

  • Proficiency in analytics platforms and tools such as Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery, Snowflake, Python, R, and advanced Excel.

  • Demonstrated experience in designing KPIs and metrics for AI projects and initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic insights.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience in leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust GenAI reporting strategy that aligns with organizational goals and provides clear insights into project performance.

  • Collaborate with GenAI teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for success.

  • Design and execute detailed analytics to track the effectiveness of GenAI projects, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • Create dynamic and intuitive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into GenAI initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making.

  • Lead cross-functional efforts to standardize GenAI reporting methodologies and ensure consistency in data interpretation.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the GenAI reporting domain.

The base salary range for applicants for this position is listed below. Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience.

$98,340.00-$192,280.00

Additionally, Unum offers a portfolio of benefits and rewards that are competitive and comprehensive including healthcare benefits (health, vision, dental), insurance benefits (short & long-term disability), performance-based incentive plans, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match up to 5% and an additional 4.5% contribution whether you contribute to the plan or not.
