Insight Global Plant HR Manager in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Plant HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations in a manufacturing environment. This individual will lead a team of three direct reports and manage all HR functions including employee engagement, compensation, benefits, retention, workforce planning, and talent acquisition. This individual will be responsible for working with leadership to develop sustainable strategies for overall plant management, handle all escalations, develop succession plans, and provide training for all employees. The HR Manager will also be responsible for engaging in the community and establishing events to recruit quality talent at the plant level. The HR Manager will be a strong communicator and leader who possess expertise in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience leading an HR team

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Experience strategic planning

Experience succession planning Bachelor's Degree null
