Description Great opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to support a fast paced team. The Administrative Coordinator works closely with the Administrative Manager and will help with the following tasks:

 Order supplies, stocking and maintain the copy room, organizing office space

 Clean and organize all common spaces

 Manage the mail incoming and outgoing

 Manage the shipping incoming and outgoing

 Participate in team engagement and planning

 Manage SharePoint Calendars

 Go to Big Box Stores, stock kitchens with supplies

 Organize and maintain warehouse inventory

 Assist in organizing travel when necessary

 Maintain Birthday and Anniversary Lists

 Plan Birthday Celebrations and cards

 Order and send monthly Year of Service gifts

 Print requested items as needed

 Assist in the planning of company events

 Organize and send company contact cards

 Order Marketing items and supplies as needed

 Assist in the management of the SharePoint site

 Update offices and workspaces and order office furniture as needed.

 General administrative duties as needed

  • Ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

    • Microsoft Excel experience required

    • Office supply and equipment ordering experience highly desired

    • Administrative Office experience preferred

    • Strong familiarity with Answering Multi-Line Phone System

    • Adeptness in Running Errands

    • Microsoft Word experience

    • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

    • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
