Concrete Finisher Needed

Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on concrete finisher who can work collaboratively in a team environment and perform all necessary job duties. As a versatile masonry contractor, we perform award-winning work for both residential and commercial applications, including flat work, foundations, and specialized work. Our projects range from new construction to remodels, meaning one week we could be pouring concrete for a new parking lot, and the next week we could be repairing potholes and cracks.
Responsibilities
Perform concrete foundation work for commercial and residential buildings, including pouring and finishing concrete.
Install and finish concrete.
Assist foremen and other skilled labor where necessary.
Prep construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards.
Assemble and disassemble temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
Remove, fill, or compact earth.
Read blueprints and work orders using iPads and smartphones.
Communicate effectively with customers.
Essential Skills
5+ years of construction concrete finishing experience.
Experience with installation and finishing of concrete.
Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
Punctuality and reliability.
Proficiency with technology.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work in various seasonal weather conditions.

Work Environment
We are the Minneapolis/St. Paul area's most versatile masonry contractor, working on both residential and commercial applications. Our projects include everything from parking garages to specialized projects with custom home builders. The work is primarily exterior, with day shift hours. Our company is recognized by the Minnesota Concrete Association and the Aggregate & Ready Mix Association of Minnesota for our outstanding work. We have been involved in many award-winning projects recognized by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) and our work is featured in the Luxury Home Tour, the Parade of Homes, and on the covers of Trend and Architectural magazines.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.
