Acosta Group Vice President Operations - GBS in Charlotte, North Carolina
DESCRIPTION
Identify opportunities for process optimization and support transformation initiatives as needed which includes reviewing and evaluating business procedures and leading initiatives that will create efficiencies and support business operations while sharing “best practices”.
Oversee all aspects of a GBS day-to-day state-side operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and smooth functioning by planning, directing, and coordinating operational activities, including onboarding and training.
Ensure that the aforementioned teams are effectively supporting both internal and external clients and delivering consistent and high-quality outputs.
Direct and streamline process and activity related to data management and tech stack, working collaboratively across teams.
Manage operational budgets ensuring cost effective practices and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
Work directly with clients on scoping, capabilities review, onboarding to deliver on executions from discovery to post implementation, and training.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and maximize productivity across functions.
Accountable for meeting and assessing KPI’s, identifying potential issues and taking corrective action as required to achieve results.
Implement new operational strategies and systems effectively, managing change across teams and ensuring smooth transition.
Oversee operational budget by allocating resources effectively and monitoring expenditures to ensure cost control and profitability.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement long term operational strategies, and to identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with sales and other AG departments to align operational goals with overall business.
Attract, motivate, engage, and retain talented individuals on the team. Develop internal talent, lead and champion efforts and methods to inspire and guide individuals toward higher levels of performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Operational Expertise : Deep understanding of business operations, supply chain management, and logistics.
Financial Management : Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, financial reports, and cost-control measures.
Project Management : Ability to oversee large projects, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
Technology Proficiency : Familiarity with operational and enterprise software systems, such as ERP and CRM platforms.
Risk Management : Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Leadership : Inspiring and motivating teams, fostering a positive work culture, and leading by example.
Strategic Thinking : Developing long-term operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Communication : Clear and effective communication with employees, stakeholders, and partners.
Problem-Solving : Quickly identifying issues and developing innovative solutions to address them.
Decision-Making : Making informed and timely decisions that impact the company's operations.
Adaptability : Being flexible and adaptable to changing business environments and market conditions.
