The Revenue Enablement team at Nutanix is a global, diverse team of over 45 members who are leading the way in innovative sales training and performance improvement. The Revenue Enablement team has successfully navigated a GTM transformation, introduced cutting-edge training programs, and fostered collaborative leadership to drive revenue growth and market recognition. Your Role

  • Representing the Global Revenue Enablement plan to Global Theatre stakeholders: You will effectively communicate and promote the revenue enablement plan to key stakeholders, gaining their buy-in and alignment with business goals.

  • Overseeing role-based training, sales skills training, and product training: You will lead the delivery of training programs tailored to different roles within the Global Revenue Enablement team to enhance sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth.

  • Providing consultation and coaching on sales process and effectiveness: You will offer continuous support and guidance to improve sales performance by analyzing and enhancing the sales process and effectiveness of the team.

  • Leading the Global Revenue Enablement team: As the Sr. Director, you will oversee the team to ensure they deliver on business goals and align with global programs.

  • Collaborating with HR, Theatre Leadership, and other departments: You will work closely with various departments to measure training effectiveness, drive continuous improvement in enablement programs, and foster collaboration to support the transition to a software subscription model.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 195,040 and USD $ 390,960 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
