Job Description
Will be responsible for design development and optimization of Genesys-based contact center solutions ensuring the systems are robust scalable and efficient.
Will be responsible for complex integrations customizations and troubleshooting of Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage platforms as well as mentoring junior developers.
Extensive hands-on experience with Genesys platforms and a strong understanding of contact center technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Genesys Development: Take ownership of designing developing and maintaining Genesys solutions (Genesys Cloud Genesys Engage or Genesys on-premises) for enterprise contact centers.
Customization and Integration: Create advanced customizations using Genesys scripting languages (e.g. GVP GML CCXML) and integrate Genesys with various third-party applications (CRM WFM Databases etc.).Mentor and Support Junior Developers: Provide technical leadership guidance and mentorship to junior developers and cross-functional teams on Genesys development and best practices.Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Resolve complex technical issues identify system bottlenecks and implement performance improvements to ensure smooth operations.
System Architecture and Design.
Collaborate with architects and other senior developers to design scalable efficient and reliable contact center systems and integrations.
API Integration and Development.
Develop and maintain custom APIs for integrating Genesys platforms with internal and third-party systems including CRM databases and analytics tools.
Monitoring and Performance Tuning.
Ensure the Genesys environment operates at optimal performance including analyzing system logs optimizing configuration settings and troubleshooting errors.
Collaboration with Stakeholders.
Work closely with business analysts project managers and other departments to gather requirements design solutions and deliver high-quality products that meet business needs.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all custom development system architecture integrations and best practices.
Stay Updated on Genesys Features: Keep current with the latest updates in Genesys platforms and evaluate how new features and tools can improve systems and processes.
