Job Description:

The CashPro Connect Global Operations team responsible for supporting a 24x7 operation and resolving Client inquires for all CashPro Connect products.

Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business unit(s), including research. Should have in-depth understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function and other divisions within the company. Knowledge acquired through increasingly responsible operations analysis work.

Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred. Individual typically has 3+ years of experience or EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) experience

Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate resolution of complex treasury problems that are often related to translation and/or movement of data between our Clients and the Bank as well as between internal systems.

  • Ability to track data through transformations to identify the root cause of a failure.

  • An expert on the CashPro Connect product suite with ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical business partners.

  • Weekly rotations to cover 24x7 on-call pager.

  • Working after normal business hours as needed to complete critical assignments.

Requirements:

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

  • Detail oriented and strong individual processes to stay organized and complete all assignments.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Skilled at building a technical response quickly with supporting evidence.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate and execute assignments with business partners.

  • Experience viewing various formatted files in a text editor to build an analysis about that data.

  • Undergraduate degree and/or relevant experience

Desired Skills:

  • CashPro Online Subject Matter Expert

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)

  • Swift Certified – Experience accessing Swift FileAct / AMH

  • Experience working in FX Operations

  • Experience solving data transmission or encryption related issues
