The Microsoft Alliance Success Lead assists in process and operations management of the Microsoft alliance and related programs and vendors. They assist with architecting and organizing cohesive and consistent practices to maintain and grow our ISV partnerships and relationships.
As our Microsoft Alliance Success Lead, you will:
Alliance Operations
Manage day-to-day operations for the Microsoft alliance and other related vendors, including designing and managing processes to efficiently maintain and grow relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem and related vendors
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the organization's operational processes, systems, and tools to drive efficiencies and effectiveness
Continuously look for ways to improve the team's operations and processes, and implement changes as necessary
Stay apprised of relevant resources and leverage those resources for internal education and marketing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Advisory leadership and teams, business development, operations, marketing,and finance) to ensure alignment on Microsoft-related activities and initiatives
Support the team in developing and executing joint go-to-market plans with Microsoft and other partners
Facilitate and manage operational meetings, including business reviews and partner planning sessions
Monitor and report on Microsoft-related metrics and KPIs to ensure success and identify areas for improvement
Drive adoption of Microsoft solutions and programs within the organization
Assist with special projects, including but not limited to onboarding new partners and vendors and developing new processes and tools
Partner Program Management
Serve as primary point of contact for all Microsoft programs on operational matter
Manage regular communications and updates between internal stakeholders and Microsoft teams
Submit and oversee funds and any incentives related to partner programs
Manage partner program to achieve tier requirements including tracking certifications
Partner Portal Administration
Review and maintain the Cherry Bekaert profile including internal company information and external presence and marketplace offerings
Manage access and use by internal teams.
Maintain partner program documents and contracts
Manage demo licenses
Product Ordering & Renewals
Manage Microsoft product resell activities, including license management, renewals and compliance, to ensure adherence to partner requirements and maximize revenue opportunities
Lead the development and implementation of the contact to cash process including order management, invoicing, and payment processing
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition and reporting for Microsoft-related activities

Have or be able to quickly gain proficiency in ConnectWise, Microsoft Office, Dynamics CRM, STAR, Beanworks
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data and draw insights
Proficient in using technology tools and platforms, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.

The range for this position is $25.00 to $34.86 per hour. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
