The Lead Executive Administrator will provide administrative and organizational support to Honeywell’s VP Litigation and VP Labor and Employment, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role you will operate in a fast-paced environment interacting daily with internal employees, external customers and investors. This role will plan travel, coordinate multiple busy calendars, ensure complex meetings are planned effectively, and carry out other key administrative business processes. This role manages confidential and sensitive information. The ideal candidate will function with a high sense of urgency, and resourcefulness and be able to effectively prioritize competing priorities.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

· Manage the calendar and operating system and proactively prioritize and organize time using expert professionalism, sound judgement and extreme discretion.

· Work closely and collegially with other C-Suite administrators, including the Office of the Chairman and CEO.

· Arranging intricate and detailed travel plans and forecasts for both domestic and global travel.

· Arrange onsite meetings for visitors and greet scheduled visitors.

· Manage complex expense and purchasing reports, preparing other miscellaneous reports/logs, and handling general information requests.

· Arranging conference calls and global meetings.

· Paying bills and ordering supplies.

· Performing office management functions including maintaining files, managing incoming and outgoing mail.

YOU MUST HAVE

· A minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support to C-suite Executives.

· Demonstrated experience scheduling appointments, updating calendars and coordinating global travel

· Proficient computer skills including mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Office 365)
