THE POSITION

As a part of Honeywell's Collaboration Services team, you will play a crucial role in driving effective communication, collaboration, and productivity across the organization. Our Collaboration Services team is responsible for providing innovative solutions and technologies that enable seamless collaboration and information sharing among employees, teams, and stakeholders.

This position will report into the Work & Employee Experience Director and will work out of our Morris Plains, Charlotte or Houston location on a hybrid work schedule. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design, implement, and support collaboration tools and platforms that enhance communication and collaboration capabilities.

As a member of the Collaboration Services team, you will have a direct impact on the organization's ability to work efficiently, make informed decisions, and drive successful outcomes. Your expertise in collaboration technologies and your ability to understand business requirements will be instrumental in delivering solutions that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and support collaboration tools and platforms, such as video conferencing, instant messaging, document sharing, and project management tools (ex: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, MS Co-Pilot, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective collaboration solutions.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for collaboration tools and platforms, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in collaboration technologies, bringing innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement.

  • Conduct training and workshops to educate employees on collaboration tools and promote adoption and best practices.

  • Monitor and analyze collaboration usage and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration and compatibility of collaboration tools with existing systems and infrastructure.

  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to collaboration services, ensuring service level agreements are met.

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in collaboration services, including experience with collaboration tools and platforms.

  • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in collaboration technologies, such as video conferencing, instant messaging, and document sharing tools.

PREFERRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience in driving digital transformation and change management.

  • Strong vendor management skills & experience working across geographies.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Experience in managing and supporting collaboration tools in a large organization.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business needs.

  • Strong customer service orientation and focus on user experience.

  • Continuous learning and self-motivation.
