Internal Auditor Sr - PPG
The Senior Internal Auditor - PPG job serves as a team member responsible for supporting Audit Operations across the Internal Audit function by assisting in the development and implementation of processes to ensure efficient organizational operations, with a focus on continuous improvement thru efficiencies and automation. Additionally, the role will be involved in the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program to ensure adherence to internal audit standards and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Assists in the design and compilation of IA presentations for the Board Audit Committees and other high-profile reports and presentations to the Board and Senior Management.
Supports the integrity of tools, reporting methods, and data used in all IA reporting.
Assists with the implementation of supporting automation for reporting.
Reviews other internal audit activities such as annual audit planning process, division metrics, training records, etc., as necessary.
Participates in special projects and ad-hoc requests.
Serves as a resource to Audit on audit standards and standard operating procedures.
Adheres to and executes appropriate change management related to process changes including communication plans, development and delivery of training, and development and update of associated documentation.
Identifies opportunities for improvement within Internal Audit processes.
Assists with the QA review of completed audit and advisory projects, closed audit issues and management action plans, risk assessment results, and continuous monitoring activities for conformance with the IAD’s Charter, Internal Audit Methodology, the IIA Global Standards, and regulatory expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in public accounting and/or diversified financial services, including experience in an internal audit role or a related field.
Prior working experience in Professional Practices or a similar function; and prior experience preparing and coordinating Board and Audit Committee meetings and reporting.
Strong technical knowledge of Excel, SharePoint, Word, and TeamMate+.
Preferred certifications: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
Strong attention to detail, highly accountable, results-oriented; gets things done.
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in and enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This position is Hybrid. Hybrid work requires working in the office four days per week, one flexible day to work remotely.

Pay Range $91,800 - $124,000
