Job Title: Installation Technician
Job Description
Join a leading industrial technology provider specializing in automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, and connector technologies. This role involves the layout, assembly, and installation of custom electrical panels and assemblies, primarily tailored to client specifications.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on ability to layout, assemble, fabricate, wash, paint, process, ship, and install custom lubrication assemblies, panels, packages, skids, and systems.
Read, understand, mark-up, and process schematics, drawings, bills of material, quality sheets, test reports, and shipping documentation.
Set-up and operate a variety of fabrication equipment including welders, plasma cutters, and drill presses.
Specify, size, measure, cut, assemble, crimp, clean, install, and train others in hose and tube fabrication.
Conduct mechanical assembly and mounting of hydraulic components.
Fabricate structural components using welding processes.
Wire and test basic lube controls and system components.
Maintain and promote a positive relationship and teamwork with other employees.
Adhere to driving policies with a clean and safe driving record.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints.
Mechanical strength and experience with grinders, hand, and power tools.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Clean driving record.
3 to 5 years of experience in fabricating industrial assemblies or equipment.
Proficient in STICK, MIG, & TIG welding processes.
Ability to read and understand shop drawings and schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Welding experience.
Hydraulic experience.
Team player with a willingness to learn.
Coachable and proactive in seeking help.

This is a Permanent position based out of Charlotte, North Carolina
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.
