Description:

One of our clients in the Uptown area of Charlotte is looking to add Finance Analyst to add to their team. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial analysis and reporting support within their internal team. The Finance Analyst will have a strong blend of technical and functional financial reporting and analysis skills, with a focus on variance analysis, budgetary analysis, forecasting, and reporting. The Financial Analyst will have a passion for collaborating with the team and contributing to our collective success.

The Financial Analyst will collaborate with the Accounting teams. and have a strong background with Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Macros, and Pivot tables, to analyze and report financial data. The Financial Analyst will ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting analysis. The Financial Analyst will thrive in a dynamic environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful financial analysis and reporting and will be key in fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $43 - $45 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years of experience within the financial domain or related

  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), with a focus on variance analysis, financial analysis, budgetary analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Macros, and Pivot tables.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent project and time management skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.

Experience Requirements:

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field is usually required.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
