Responsible for supervising a team of Designer/Drafters. Ensures drawings and designs adhere to established specifications and standards.

Responsible for making certain that all work is performed safely, ensuring that safety is an integral element embodied in equipment design and specification.

Develops documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Performs checking of design documents produced by peers, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Develops and maintains drafting standards and procedures.

Establishes and monitors work goals and objectives. Evaluates employees through performance reviews, ongoing coaching and feedback methods.

Performs other duties as assigned.
