CONSTRUCTION PARTS SPECIALIST - WORK FROM HOME - Salary $25+ per hour depending on experience!!!
ABCO Maintenance is looking for a senior level Construction Materials Associate with expertise in materials purchasing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R and roofing.

The Parts Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient parts management, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with the team and clients
Having expertise and hands on experience in the construction/maintenance industry is also a requirement. Particularly someone who can view the specs of a construction job and be able to create a list of the materials/parts/etc. needed for the job is something that is needed for anyone considering this role.
Job Description:
MUST HAVE 5 years+ hands on experience in construction skilled trades like plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing, etc. Not all are required but the more the better
Purchasing and ordering parts required for construction projects.
Ability to identify parts from photos
Formulate a list of parts and material needed based on work order information

Position Requirements
Job Requirements:
MUST HAVE 5+ years hands on experience with maintenance & construction skilled trades (plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing, ETC.)
Experience working for a building materials supplier
Strong problem-solving skills
Must be a self-performer with minimum guidance
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working in a remote setting
