We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to individuals in the comfort of their homes. Your primary duties will include assisting with daily activities, monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. 2. Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional. 3. Give medication reminders . 4. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. 5. Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation. 6. Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings. 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

Qualifications: 1. CNA or PCA certificate 2. Completion of a certified Home Health Aide training program. 3. Valid CPR and First Aid certification. 4. Ability to lift and move clients safely. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Empathy and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others. 7. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
