Wells Fargo Benefits Consultant - Healthcare Support in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Benefits Consultant to join the Employee Benefits & Recognition team within Total Rewards . This individual will partner with colleagues across the benefits and wellness teams as well as external vendor partners to support the benefits programs for the U.S. Wells Fargo benefit plans.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in developing, implementing, and monitoring one or more Benefits programs designed to meet company and individual needs

  • Be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with Employee Service Center, Accounting, Legal, and other internal departments to ensure successful program design and implementation

  • Review individuals needs and resolve problems of moderate scope where research of situations or data require a review of identifiable factors

  • Be responsible for providing recommendations and overseeing communications of benefits to individuals

  • Present recommendations for Benefits programs and exercise judgment within company policy and plan documents, as well as related practices, precedents, and procedures

  • Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders related to Benefits operations

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Benefits experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with COBRA and/or retiree health administration

  • Experience with FSA/HRA/Commuter benefits administration

  • Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Workday experience (or similar HRIS)

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

Charlotte, North Carolina (NC) – 1525 West WT Harris Blvd. (CIC)

Must be based in one of the above locations or willing to relocate at your own expense.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$55,300.00 - $98,300.00
