WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: The Red Cross's high-performing Organizational Effectiveness team is looking for a Talent and Organizational Development Consultant to focus on advancing our organization's approach to goal setting, performance management, talent planning, talent assessment and succession planning.
The work location for this exciting opportunity is virtual. The selected candidate will work remotely (100% from home).
WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD: This position will be responsible for:
Serving as a trusted subject matter expert across the Red Cross on talent management programs, including performance management, talent planning, talent assessment and succession planning.
Leading and managing highly effective projects related to talent management, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Identifying process improvements based on client feedback and proposing solutions for approval.
Providing expert guidance and consultation to HR partners on talent management programs and the execution of relevant processes within the business.
Developing, updating and delivering supporting resources, training materials, reference guides, reports and presentations.
Partnering with HR technology and analytics teams to ensure IT systems support effective process execution and provide analytics that enhance program development and leaders' ability to make talent-related decisions.
Managing relationships with internal clients and building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust.
Analyzing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving effectiveness of talent programs and other outcomes across the organization
Developing and executing change management plans to support implementation of new program components.
