LabWare Consultant

Roles & responsibilities:
• Coordinate and guide functional team activities across the work streams and phases of the project.
• Lead and guide individual functional experts responsible for key functional modules across different functional areas.
• Lead, facilitate and may provide subject matter expertise in process and requirements.
• Provide guidance to Business and ITS team members to understand existing / legacy solution functionality.
• Monitor and provide clear visibility to activities and progress of functional expert team.
• Strong collaborator across all teams and streams in the completion of assigned tasks and those of other team members
• Be transparent and thoughtful in communication.
• Respect the needs of various team members and stakeholders
Qualifications:
• Having overall 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 or more years of hands-on experience with LW-LIMS on the following areas as a minimum:
• Must have strong functional knowledge of Labware LIMS
• Pharma template understanding (relationship between Item Code, Sample Plan, Analysis and Product)
• Good knowledge of LIMS Basic – format calculations, analysis component calculations (variables properties, writing basic algorithms)
• Strong hands-on coding and debugging experience
• End to End Product configuration knowledge.
• Analysis configuration (knowledge of variations is desirable).
• Ability to manually log a lot and a sample. Knowledge of sample life cycle
• Knowledge of Labware Sample life cycle
• Working experience in multiple environments of the same LW-LIMS implementation (development, QA/Staging, production)
• Must have client handling experience onsite.
• Must be good at communication skills, being trustworthy and reliable. Being focused and goal oriented, organized.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until April 29th 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $66,896 K -$132,500 K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
