Position Summary
The Finance Registration Analyst position requires an ambitious, motivated and eager individual, looking to work for an industry-leading, Fortune 4 company. The position is a part of our Revenue Cycle Operations department, a dynamic and skilled group, which manages the Financial Registration for all new and existing client implementations within CVS Health’s PBM business – Caremark. The Analyst will play an instrumental role in the success of our PBM Finance Registration team.
A successful candidate will display curiosity, creativity and technical acumen, which will allow them to research data while finding process efficiencies along the way. They will delve into various requests and provide analysis of client setup that could change at a moment’s notice. The candidate must be able to work individually, as part of a team, and across departments to deliver on key enterprise initiatives. They must have impeccable attention to detail as any errors can have downstream client impact. The ideal candidate will have experience with Excel and understand basic formulas and how to utilize Excel for data management. They will be expected to master applications used for successful implementations such as SAP, AS400, and various applications within Salesforce. The candidate must also assist team members with client requests and ensure they are processed accurately and completed in a timely manner. They will work with clients and internal business partners on requests and/or issues related to clients' financial setup and take lead on resolving their inquiries. They’re also able to interpret client contracts and translate it into an executed operational process. The individual will be required to implement new client setups, as well as any client pricing changes within our financial system. The Analyst will also create and maintain audit documentation, which will be reviewed by a peer and signed by Management and provided to business partners as requested.
The Finance Registration team works in an exciting fast-paced environment where every single day is rarely the same as the previous. We highly value excellent customer service and aim to deliver on all of our commitments. The team is responsible for the financial registration of our PBM clients’ contractual terms, which means we are critical to the achievement of the financial goals set by the organization. Due to the volume of work and tight deadlines, the candidate could be expected to work more than 40 hours a week which could include holidays and/or weekends during the last quarter of the year and first month of the following year.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
2+ years of experience in a client facing role
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within Healthcare or PBM industry
Advanced Excel skills
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a Finance and/or Operations role

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $102,081.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
