Minimum Requirements
- A bachelors degree in psychology, sociology, public health, education or communications or a high school degree with 4 years experience in related field. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply
- Must have excellent communication skills and time management skills, ability to work independently as well as establish relationships and function within a team
- Must be able to add to a welcoming and inclusive environment and interact with individuals from a variety of backgrounds with a helpful, caring attitude.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work 15 to 20 hours per week
- Must have strong computer skills across multiple platforms.
- Must be willing to speak in front of large and small groups.
- Ability to work independently as well as establish relationships and function within a team
- Willingness to learn as well as flexibility and adaptability to ever-changing situations.
