Eagle Systems Inc is an industry leading intermodal transportation provider with terminals nationwide. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced individual to join our operation in Charleston, South Carolina.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and grow independent contractor fleet.

  • Build business; increase customer base which includes making cold calls to establish relationships and generate income.

  • Help to run the day-to-day operations which includes daily dispatch, safety and compliance and accurate and timely billing.

  • Perform walk around tractor inspections; ensure all equipment is compliant with FMCSA regulations.

  • Manage customer equipment in the most cost-effective manner.

  • Ensure the terminal meets customer expectations and communicates professionally and in a timely manner both written and verbal.

  • Work with Safety and IT to ensure fleet is 100% compliant with ELD's and all functionality of Mobile Dispatch App.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Knowledge of Ports and Railroads

  • Must possess strong organizational skills

  • Must be able to multi-task effectively

  • Must demonstrate excellent written (computer) and verbal skills

  • Strong leadership skills a must

  • Previous management experience in a similar environment preferred

  • Looking for hard working and energetic team player
