Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated CDL Driver to join our team, responsible for picking up residential and commercial waste routes. You will follow routes provided via an iPad in the truck and report back to dispatch for any route changes or issues. Minor vehicle maintenance checks are required before starting your route. This position involves mounting and dismounting from the truck multiple times a day. Our service area is extensive, so you may be assigned to different routes based on current needs.
Responsibilities
Pick up residential and commercial waste routes.
Follow routes provided via iPad in the truck.
Report back to dispatch for any route changes or issues.
Perform minor vehicle maintenance checks before starting the route.
Mount and dismount from the truck multiple times a day.
Essential Skills
Class A or B CDL License with a clean driving record
Ability to drive 45-50 hours a week
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with truck driving and unloading
Capability to handle commercial side for roll-offs and semi if needed

Work Environment
This role involves working in a sanitation environment, inside a truck cab. Due to waste management, there may be occasional odors.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $52000.00/yr.
Consistent business - will always have work. Very stable job.
Home every night and do not have to work weekends (unless its a holiday week and they are making up a day which they will get paid for)
There is a lot of growth and leadership availability
Offer full benefits 30 days after they are started (on the first of the month). Example, if they start on the 15th of the month of May, they would be eligible for benefits on the 1st of July.
