SAIC Program Support Specialist in CHANTILLY, Virginia
Description
SAIC is seeking an experienced Program Support Specialist. This position provides systems engineering and technical advisory (SETA) services to a customer within the Intelligence Community (IC) working in Chantilly, VA. This customer is responsible for research and development (R&D) of technologies to design, build, and operate national security-related space-based systems.
Responsibilities:
Create, modify and assess External Agreements (EAs) to facilitate moving funding between differing agencies (understanding of both the processes and of the documentation associated with the processes), this includes both sending and accepting funding with EAs.
Perform analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper requirements specifications.
Responsible for the coordination and staffing of packages directly with NRO Directorates and Offices, Program Managers and Front Office staff and other government agencies through completion of external agreements.
Coordinate official actions and communicate official office and directorate responses within the NRO Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) system.
Develop and present monthly opportunity decisional briefings for senior level leadership for unfunded requirements.
Analyze, filter and disseminate weekly Open Commitment Reports.
Coordinate, track and record minutes for all Directorate-level acquisition meetings.
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field and 9+ years of experience. Relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
Knowledge of the NRO External Agreement processes
Ability to multitask and work with little direction
Ability to identify areas of improvement within processes and implement changes
Ability to track multiple project deadlines simultaneously and deliver by the suspense date
