1.Deep analysis the failed parts from production line, have fast response to line stop
2.Train quality analysis technician about product defect analysis skills (basic)
3.General training for new colleagues about the FDC & display solution knowledges
4.Create lessons learned and share with CHU team periodically
5.Lead tough function issue problem solving
6.Cooperate with related departments driving for quality improvement
7.Support customer quality in terms of quality issue solving and reporting
8.Work with RD to further optimize production line test parameter setting
9.Build up the data-base for quality analysis, do statistics and summary for further decision
10.In charge of shopfloor analysis room, perform lot release to shorten the analysis time of risk prevention
1.Quality tools - new / old 7 tools, problems solving methods - PDCA, 8D, six sigma etc. 2.Familiar with ISO/IATF16949
3.Electronic and electrical analysis skills
4.Automotive related - 5 manuals like FMEA, APQP & CP, PPAP, MSA and SPC
5.Fluent in English communication skills and computer skill
6.Awareness of general CSR (Customer Specific Requirements), e.g. VW, Toyota. Etc 7.Familiar with display related knowhow
