Wells Fargo Sr. Business Accountability Specialist - Service Management Service Reliability in CHANDLER, Arizona
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Accountability Specialist in the Secure Network Service Management organization to perform analysis, review data files, create reporting and supporting major Incident, Problem and Change management functions for the organization. The candidate will need to have the ability to create documentation, processes, and programs to ensure quality standards are met, relevant controls are followed and executed, and deficiencies are identified and addressed.
In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems
Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements
Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Required Qualifications, US:
4+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of Service Management Experience in ITIL disciplines (Major Incident/Problem/Change Management), or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
3+ years data analytics experience. Skilled at analyzing data sets, drawing out conclusions and trends, and communicating those trends to broader audiences
2+ years technical experience with Network/Security devices, Service
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Problem solver. Able to consistently make excellent decisions through a combination of data analysis, judgment, and experience – including the ability to anticipate future consequences and trends and incorporate them into the organizational plan
Management experience. Bonus: Certifications like ITIL v4
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Ability to meet stringent deadlines and facilitate meetings or present information to an audience
Experience utilizing ServiceNow Change, Problem, Incident and Reporting modules
Job Expectations:
Must be able to report to the physical office according to a 3/2 hybrid schedule
Act as an individual contributor to perform data quality review and trend analysis
Become fluent in all Wells Fargo policies and tools
Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics and reporting
